If you can show us that your Guest or Sub-agent has received a quotation for Evolve Back Resorts, at a higher discount than is mentioned in the above Discount Policy, we will beat the price by ‘Double the Difference’.
Terms & Conditions:
• The agent needs to give us a valid proof of the discount violation, which will be verified by us.
• The ‘Best Price Guarantee’ does not apply for Corporate Partnerships of Evolve Back Resorts / Member bookings / Director or Employee Referral bookings / Repeat Guest Loyalty Program at Evolve Back Resorts, etc.

In all accomodations with temperature controlled pools, minimum pool temperature will be 26C (Temperature control in the pools are deactivated during March to May).

Cancelation Policy:
At Evolve Back Resorts, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before check-in, and we will issue you a credit voucher for the full amount paid.

DISCOUNT POLICY
Notes:
• All Travel Agents are required to strictly adhere to the above mentioned Discount Policy
• Kindly note the above mentioned discounts are to be offered on the best available rates on the website. Extra occupancy rates are net & non commissionable; no discounts are to be given on the same.
• All discount violations will be investigated seriously.
• The Travel Agent who has violated the above policy will be liable for a penalty equivalent to 3 times the difference.
• It is mandatory for all Travel Agents who are into B2B business to pass on the above information to all their Sub-agents booking Evolve Back Resorts.
• Please note that the B to B Consolidator is responsible for their Sub-agent violations and the penalty will be recovered from the Consolidator.
