The Discount Policy defines the maximum discount a guest may receive across any sales channel. This framework is critical to maintain rate parity across all sales channels, safeguard brand value, and ensure a fair and transparent business environment for all partners.
Guests can make reservations at Evolve Back Resorts through various channels, including offline travel agents (e.g., Sunshine Travels), the Evolve Back website (www.evolveback.com), third-party OTAs such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, etc., and direct bookings made with the Evolve Back Corporate Office in Bangalore (via phone or email).
Irrespective of the booking channel, the discounts that may be offered to guests are as follows:

The above discounts are to be applied on our published rates.

Extra occupancy rates are net and non-commissionable; no discounts are to be applied on the same.

No booking channel is permitted to offer discounts beyond those stated above.
Violations & Penalties

Any Travel Agent who violates the above policy will be liable for a penalty equivalent to three times the difference.

For those operating under the B2B consolidator model, the consolidator is required to communicate this policy to all sub-agents and ensure they do not extend discounts beyond the permitted limits.

Any violation committed by a sub-agent will be deemed the responsibility of the consolidator, and the applicable penalty will be recovered directly from the consolidator.

What is ‘Best Price Guarantee’?
Evolve Back Resorts extends a Best Price Guarantee to our travel agents.
As an authorized Travel Agent, you may offer discounts strictly as defined under our Discount Policy (e.g., 5% for a 3-night booking).
However, if your guest receives a quotation from another agent or channel offering a discount higher than permitted under our policy, we request you to escalate the matter to us with valid proof. In such cases, we will not only match the offer but will beat it by ‘Double the Difference’.

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to Corporate Partnerships, Member bookings, Director or Employee Referral bookings, or reservations under the Repeat Guest Loyalty Program at Evolve Back Resorts.

If you are engaged in B2B business, you are required to share this policy with all your sub-agents booking Evolve Back Resorts.
